This project focused on fostering responsible digital citizenship among a varied group of young people. Its goal was to tackle urgent issues such as cyberbullying, misinformation, and privacy worries by providing participants with vital digital literacy skills. With the support of international collaboration, the project facilitated a valuable exchange of experiences and strategies for managing digital challenges. Ultimately, it cultivated a sense of accountability and proactive participation in creating a safer and more positive online space.

Becoming Myself - 20.03.2024 - 28.03.2024 Arnhem, Netherlands

 

This project explored the effect of body image on mental health, especially influenced by social media. It emphasized the detrimental impacts of unrealistic beauty standards and online body shaming, which can lead to eating disorders, diminished self-esteem, and social withdrawal. By concentrating on diversity and challenging traditional beauty ideals, the initiative brought together participants from different ethnic backgrounds to establish a safe and pressure-free environment

Unfiltered Confidence - 2-10 May 2025 Polis Chrysochous, Cyprus

The Unfiltered Confidence project was in line with Erasmus+ priorities, encompassing Inclusion and Diversity, Environmental Action, Digital Transformation, and Civic Engagement. It positioned body positivity as beyond just individual self-perception, framing it as a movement that upholds democratic values and encourages active citizenship. The project empowered individuals from a range of races, genders, and ethnicities, advocating for human rights and promoting inclusivity.
